Join us every Third Thursday for a special vegetarian dinner by Verde’s chefs!

Menu for Thursday, January 23rd* ($28 per person):

1st: Grilled Radicchio and Watercress Salad with Grapefruit, New Mexico Chile Vinaigrette and Citrus Cream

2nd: White Bean and Pepper Soup

3rd: Grilled Portabella Mushroom with Arroz Verde, Queso Fresco, Ancho Relish, Golden Beets (local) and Roasted Baby Carrots (local)

4th: Hubbard Squash (local) Flan with Rum Sauce and Fried Plantains
