For our November vegetarian dinner, we’re thrilled to be teaming up with East End Brewing!
Owner Scott Smith is a proud vegetarian, and he’ll be on hand to talk about the four beers we’ll be tasting throughout the evening. They’ll of course be paired with four delicious, Mexican-inspired, vegetarian courses by Chef David:
Course 1 – Ensalade en Escabeche: pickled vegetable salad of carrot, radish, beet, and tofu-lime dressing
Course 2 – Tacos al Pastor: smoked seitan, pineapple salsa, lime aioli, pickled red onion
Course 3 – Paella de Hongos: paella featuring three different kinds of mushrooms, huitlacoche
Course 4 – Torta de Manzana: apple torte, East End ginger-ale foam, dulce de leche, vanilla bean ice cream
