Casa Noble Dinner

It’s Earth Day! And Verde is thrilled to host a special 4-course dinner paired with Casa Noble organic tequilas. There will be seats for just 20 guests, and we’ll be joined by Casa Noble representative and tequila expert Kelly Costello to talk about each of the 4 expressions of Casa Noble tequila poured: crystal, reposado, añejo, and the esteemed single barrel extra añejo.

Price is $55/person plus tax & gratuity. A nonrefundable $10 deposit is required to reserve each seat, and this deposit will be applied to your final check. ShowClix fees extra.

1 – GAZPACHO AL CHILE POBLANO. Roasted poblano soup, morita chile oil, cornbread croutons, mango, apple
2 – PATO BRASEADO. Ancho-honey glazed duck breast, spinach, radish, corn salsa, scallions, garbanzo beans
3 – PESCADO ENNEGRECIDO. Blackened mahi-mahi, carrot-chile de arbol puree, campari tomato, bacon, broccoli rabe
4 – HELADO. Mexican vanilla ice cream, carmalized pineapple, pepita brittle, whipped cream

Each course is accompanied by a .75oz tasting of Casa Noble tequila.
