Unblurred is a monthly event that opens the Penn Avenue Arts District (4800-5500 Penn) for exploration by adults and children. The Penn Avenue Arts Initiative (PAAI) is a project of the Bloomfield Garfield Corporation to support artists in the renovation of blighted, formerly vacant buildings and in turn create an artist niche along the corridor.
