We’d like to offer a huge thank you to our partner and friend, Scott Smith, of East End Brewing, for helping us throw a memorable beer dinner at Verde, as well as to our wonderful guests who joined us to partake in Chef David’s vegetarian dishes, showcased above. It was no secret as to what Scott’s favorite course was:
Despite carrying East End beers for years, this was our first dinner event with the acclaimed Pittsburgh microbrewery, located not too far down the street from Verde. We were especially thrilled to have Scott on site for the event to speak to guests about his beers, offer tasting notes, and answer questions (and there were some good ones). We’re already talking about more joint events in 2014.
Until then, don’t miss our next dinner event, the “20/20 Experience Dinner” featuring Justin Timberlake’s very own 901 tequila on Thursday, December 12th. And our vegetarian dinner on January 23rd brings a collaboration with the Brazen Kitchen, and we’re thrilled to work with Leah again.
