Cuervo Dinner

On Thursday, March 26th, we are thrilled to host a very special 5-course dinner paired with some of the finest tequilas in the Cuervo family. There will be seats for just 20 guests, and we’ll be joined by Cuervo ambassador and tequila expert Amy Reigel to talk about each of the 5 tequilas poured. We’ll even have some fun giveaways for everyone.

TASTING MENU by Chef Justin Lewis
1 – ENSALADA CON MEJILLONES. Mixed greens, Kistaco Farm apples, pepitas, mussels en escabeche, agave nectar vinaigrette
2 – CEVICHE. Blackberry gastrique, mixed microgreens, fried masa cake
3 – ALBONDIGAS. Chipotle-spiced meatballs, ancho-tomato sauce, chives, queso añejo
4 – COSTILLAS DE RES. Chile-rubbed grass-fed beef short ribs, guajillo squash puree, spring vegetables
5 – TRES LECHES. Chocolate “Tres Leches” cake, blood orange sorbet, morita sea salt, cajeta

AmyAbout Amy: “I have 11 years of Industry experience with a number of leading spirit companies and distributors worldwide, including Diageo, Moet and Hennessey, and Proximo. I have worked closely with Cuervo Family tequilas for over 7 years in the Northest region. I have passion for Tequila and the craftsmanship involved in making the spirit, with travels to Mexico to visit the distilleries and learn from the farmers involved in bringing fine tequilas to the States.”

The 5-course dinner with tequila tasting is $50/person plus tax & gratuity. A nonrefundable $10 deposit is required to reserve each seat, and this deposit will be applied to your final check.
